How do I return an item?

How do you prepare orders?
In order to offer the best experience possible, we take special care in preparing your order. Once your order is placed, we prepare it within 24 hours (only working days) either in our workshop or in our Parisian flagship store. The garments are carefully packed with a pouch or silk paper and then a cardboard box. This guarantees their protection during transport.
How long to it take to process an exchange?
Once your items have been received, your new item will be shipped by our team within 15 days. If the desired items are no longer in stock, you will be automatically refunded.
How do I exchange an item?

How can I return or exchange an item?
You can return an item to us within 14 days after receiving the order. The products must imperatively not have been worn nor washed, they must have been put back in their original package with their original label, with a package covering each product in its entirety. They must not display any signs of use and must be returned alongside their accessories. Customized products, which are made-to-order, can not be returned or exchanged.
What should I do if I received the wrong item / a damaged item?
If you received an item which is not the item you ordered, or a damaged item, please contact our customer service on our website through the chat box on the bottom right corner or contact us on this email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach pictures of the items/labels for your request to be handled more easily.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once the returned items have been received by our team, you will get the refund within 15 days. The amount will automatically be transferred to the bank account associated with the credit/debit card you used to place the order.
