Are orders delivered internationally?

We ship worldwide, except to South Korea. Due to our exclusive partnership with a local distributor, we cannot ship directly to South Korea. To purchase our products in South Korea, please visit our official partner at lmsm.co.kr. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact our customer service at eshop@lemontsaintmichel.fr.

How does the tax refund work?

The prices displayed on our website include VAT (Value Added Tax) for customers residing in France and the European Union. If you place an order from an IP address located outside the European Union, the prices will automatically be shown excluding VAT. Additionally, if you reside in France or within the European Union but add a shipping address located outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted when placing the order, and the prices will be recalculated excluding VAT.

Invoices are automatically generated based on your geographic location and the chosen shipping address:

Including VAT if the delivery is made within France or another country in the European Union.
Excluding VAT if the delivery is made outside the European Union.

How do you prepare orders?

Accepted Answer

In order to offer the best experience possible, we take special care in preparing your order. Once your order is placed, we prepare it within 24 hours (only working days) either in our workshop or in our Parisian flagship store. The garments are carefully packed with a pouch or silk paper and then a cardboard box. This guarantees their protection during transport.
