What are the timelines and procedures for retrieving undelivered packages?

If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox. From the following day, your package will be available at your post office for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us. If the return is due to an incorrect address or non-collection within the allotted time, return fees will be charged to you.
