In-Store Exchange and Return Policy
At Le Mont Saint Michel, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction by offering flexible options for exchanges and returns.
Here are our conditions:
Exchanges within 14 days: Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds are provided under our exchange policy.
Extended returns for Workwear items: For Workwear items, we offer the option to return products within an extended period, up to one month after purchase. We simply ask our customers to inform us so that we can reserve the desired new size. Exchanges are allowed in this case.
Creation of a personalized credit note: If a customer does not find a suitable item during the exchange, we offer to create a personalized credit note. This credit note is valid for 6 months and can be used for a future in-store purchase only.
All exchange conditions are clearly stated on the receipt as well as on a document provided at the checkout during purchase. We are committed to providing transparent service and addressing our customers' needs in the best possible manner.
