Online Exchange & Return Policy

You can exchange/return your items within 14 days from the date of receiving the package, provided that the products are still in their original packaging and have not been worn, washed, ironed, altered, soiled, or unsealed for discs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer both in France and abroad.

Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled, or late returns cannot be accepted. Le Mont Saint Michel reserves the right to refuse the refund of an item that does not comply with the return procedure. If this is the case, you will receive an email from customer service informing you of the non-acceptance of the return, and we will be obliged to send the item concerned to you again.

Please note that returns on our website are exclusively for purchases made on our website.

To return an item, please click on this link: Returns Portal and follow these steps:

Enter the order ID and email address you used to place your order.

Select the item(s) you wish to return, adjust the quantity, and choose the reason for the return. A copy of the return label will be sent to you by email.

Pack the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition in a single box. Seal the box, print the return label, and securely affix it to the outside of the package.

Print and sign the commercial invoices provided in the email.

Follow the instructions on the REVER returns portal to complete your return.

Returns can only be accepted through this procedure to ensure that the appropriate customs documents are generated. However, Le Mont Saint Michel cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or destruction of the package if the customer generates their return through a service other than REVER.
